ck32 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ck32 website located at ck32.io, including all products, services, games, promotions, and features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by ck32 ("ck32", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through ck32, you ("Player", "User", "you") confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding contract between you and ck32.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ck32 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other ck32 policy document, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

ck32 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register an account and use the ck32 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ck32 strictly enforces this age requirement and will require age verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• You must be accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the Platform for commercial data extraction, arbitrage, or professional gambling syndicate purposes is not permitted under these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of ck32 or any of its affiliated game providers, unless explicit written authorisation has been granted by ck32 management.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the ck32 Platform or had an account terminated by ck32 for breach of these Terms, unless ck32 has expressly reinstated your eligibility in writing.
• You must hold a single ck32 account only. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You represent that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. You acknowledge that ck32 operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform and that you are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful in your location.

ck32 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to ck32's reasonable satisfaction.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

To access the full functionality of the ck32 Platform, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to notify ck32 promptly of any change to your registered details.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one ck32 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. ck32 actively monitors account activity for duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, any winnings for feited, and the player may be permanently excluded from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck32 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ck32 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ck32 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck32 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed:

• Government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address — A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days, showing your registered name and address.
• Proof of payment method — Screenshot or confirmation of your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account linked to your ck32 account.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ck32 may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. ck32 processes all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ck32 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ck32 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes of approval for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. ck32 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request it deems to carry elevated risk.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ck32 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ck32 does not accept deposits in any other currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a player using a card issued in a foreign currency are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

ck32 employs automated fraud detection on all deposit and withdrawal transactions. Any transaction identified as potentially fraudulent will be held for manual review. ck32 reserves the right to reverse deposits, withhold withdrawals, and suspend accounts where fraudulent activity is suspected, pending investigation. ck32 will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation related to financial crime.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ck32 Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each sport, game, or event. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any ambiguity, the decision of the ck32 trading team is final.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. ck32 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time and without prior notice. Different limits may apply to different markets, sports, or individual accounts.

5.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or system malfunctions — ck32 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. ck32 will not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on erroneous odds or event information.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events. Live odds are updated in real time and bets are accepted subject to platform latency. Any bet submitted during a period when the market is suspended will be automatically rejected and the stake returned. ck32 accepts no liability for connectivity issues that may affect a player's ability to place in-play bets.

5.5 Settlement

Markets are settled as soon as reasonably practicable following the conclusion of the relevant event, based on official results published by the governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where an official result is subject to amendment or disqualification, ck32 may re-settle affected markets accordingly.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ck32 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion on the Rewards page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, qualifying games, minimum odds, and time limit are specified in full on the Rewards page for each offer. Wagers placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirements.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player

Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. ck32 reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or cancel any bonus where it reasonably believes a player has attempted to exploit a promotion through the use of multiple accounts, incorrect information, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the offer.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the ck32 bonus system — including but not limited to the use of duplicate accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting funded by bonus balances, or any other form of systematic exploitation — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck32 Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at registration or during verification.
• Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider knowledge betting on events whose outcome you have any ability to influence.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the Platform to facilitate any criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or system feature. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error may be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ck32 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your ck32 account or account credentials to any third party.
• Using VPN, proxy, or any other technology to disguise your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing ck32's access restrictions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck32 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ck32 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ck32.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

ck32 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ck32 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions on the Platform. Personal data is never sold to third parties. 10 Responsible Gaming

ck32's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ck32 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ck32 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or events outside ck32's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. ck32 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ck32 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where ck32 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• The player's account is being used for money laundering or any other criminal purpose.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ck32.

Upon termination for breach, ck32 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Legitimate real-money balances remaining in a suspended account will be returned to the player following the completion of any investigation, subject to KYC and AML compliance requirements.

13 Disputes & Complaints

The decision of ck32 on all matters relating to bet settlement, bonus application, account status, and these Terms is final, subject only to formal dispute proceedings as described above.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ck32 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, ck32 will endeavour to provide registered players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via SMS to their registered Bangladesh mobile number or via a notice posted prominently on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange voluntary account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ck32 holds its international offshore operating licence. Players access the Platform voluntarily and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as ck32 representing that the Platform is legal or available in any particular jurisdiction. ck32 makes no warranties regarding the lawfulness of access to the Platform from any specific location.
